Living Glaze Himalayan Poppy Ball
Living Glaze Himalayan Poppy Ball - this one was a birthday present from my parents last December. From the shape it looks like it could be used as a salt cellar or garlic pot, but its far too nice to use in the kitchen. The underside is signed with an SW who i think is Sylvia Whitehead, but also has an AX mark and i'm not sure who this is or what it stands for. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Poole Pottery Art Deco Vase LT/361
Poole Pottery Art Deco Vase LT/361 painted by Marjorie Cryer between 1927 and 1934. I got this one at the Newark Antiques Fair at the end of last year, but since I'd only just updated the photos on the website this one didn't get on and won't maybe for quite a while. It's a lovely Vase though only 9cms tall and one of my favouite patterns and shapes.

Poole Pottery Delphis Pin Dish
Ros Sommerfelt Delphis pin dish shape no 49, 5" in diameter. Dating from the early 1970's and in 100%perfect condition. I got this a couple of weeks ago at an small antiques fair at Elsecar near Barnsley. I have one a bit similar though so i'm going to list it on eBay tonight.

12" Delphis Plate Shape no 4 Jean Millership
12" Delphis plate shape number 4 painted by Jean Millership. I've been trying to focus more on buying fewer but bigger pieces for my collection. This one fits in well with that idea. It's not the biggest of plates but its well painted and quite early. It has a magnolia glaze on the underside that was used on the earliest Delphis plates and which turns the usual black dolphin back stamp blue.

Chinese Blue Glaze Vase
Chinese Blue Glaze Vase, another ebay buy from last week. John Adams developed these Chinese Blue glazed vases in the 1920's. This one is made in a darker red clay than the later traditional vases - I’m not sure if this is a different clay or if it was simply fired at a higher temperature. Anyway this is the first one of these in my collection so I need to find some space somewhere.
